I picked up the remastered Broadsword, mostly for all the bonus tracks, and I have to say it sounds pretty damn good. Much as I hate the idea they may just have found a way to get my money twice.
Has anyone tried the remasters of the early albums, like Stand Up and Benefit? Is the sound quality notably better? I could see the recordings themselves being the limiting factor for those.

Re: The remastered CDs
10/23Any time, when remastered albums became avaliable on CD I scoop them up. And the quality is much better and clean. And personally, now that they can cram more music on the disc Anderson and band offered a little extra at the same price. I like that idea and why not put out music that never made the albums but were part of that time frame.
